CREATING A RETURN REQUEST
1. Go to "My Orders" from the "My Account" section.
2. Click the "Create a Return Request" button from the order details section.
3. After selecting the reason for return, fill in the description section.
4. Put the product to be returned, its invoice inside the package, and deliver the package to MNG Cargo by specifying our customer code.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The return period is 14 days from the date the products reach you.
In case of return, all shipping fees are deducted and a refund is provided.
Refunds cannot be made for colors other than gray, white and black.
Colors other than these three colors are made specifically for your order.
Refunds cannot be made for customized products. (Cable length, color, different metal color, etc.)
Support is provided for damaged products.
Products must be delivered to us in their original package, unused, undamaged, packaged in a way that will not cause damage. Otherwise, the product will be sent back to you and no refund will be made.
After the product is returned to us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
If the product return process complies with the conditions, it is completed within 2 - 10 days and an information message is sent to your membership e-mail address. This also means that the return fee has been deposited into your account.
The time it takes for the refunded fee to be reflected in your account depends on your bank.
Beton Avize pays the fee for purchases made in installments to your bank in one go. The bank refunds this amount to your credit card in the number of installments per month.
In campaign purchases, the fee is refunded by deducting the campaign discount.
