As Beton Avize, our aim is to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After your orders are processed, they will be delivered to the cargo company within 3-7 business days. During campaign and discount periods, and on special days such as New Year's, holidays, Mother's Day and Father's Day, there may be a delay of a few days in the delivery of orders due to the intensity.

If your product does not arrive within 10 days at the latest, you can send an e-mail explaining your problem and your phone number to destek@betonavize.com or you can contact our WhatsApp support line at 0534 822 38 53 during weekdays during business hours (08:00-18:00) and get the necessary information and support.

If your order has not been approved yet, you can contact us via our WhatsApp support line at 0534 822 38 53 during business hours (08:00-18:00), or via destek@platinavize.com outside of business hours and on holidays, and inform us of the necessary changes. Upon your request, you will be supported on this matter and the necessary arrangements will be made. If your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

After your order is delivered to the cargo company, you will be sent a shipment number via e-mail. You can track your order using this number both on the My Account page on our website and on the shipment tracking page on the cargo company's website.

The products you order will be delivered by the cargo officer to you, another name you have specified on the betonavize.com shopping page, or to your first degree relative if proven, upon photo ID check and signature of the delivery receipt.

If the order you want to change the recipient has not been delivered to the cargo company, you can get support on this issue from destek@betonavize.com or from our WhatsApp support line at 0534 822 38 53 during weekday business hours (08:00-18:00) and have the necessary corrections made. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made in cases where your order has been delivered to the cargo company.
